How long before my order ships?

Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Most orders ship within 1-5 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can monitor your package as soon as it is shipped out. Please note that shipping delays are common during holiday seasons and we have no control over this once an order has left our facility. 

Is there a "local pickup option" if I am nearby and want to save on shipping charges? 

We currently do not offer a local pickup option, but this is something we may consider in the future. In the meantime, we invite you to stop by one of our local pop-up markets, where you can sample and purchase all of our products in person and avoid shipping fees. Be sure to follow us on social media for updates and locations!

I don't like the scent I ordered. Can I return it?

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal fragrance preferences. However, remember that candles make great gifts! 

What if my item arrived damaged?

Please contact us immediately if your items arrived damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. More information can be found here.

 

Why is my candle producing soot?

Proper candle care involves more than just lighting the wick. To minimize soot, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. A longer wick creates a larger flame, producing excess soot that can stain your candle jar, furniture, and walls. It can also cause uneven burning and shorten the candle's lifespan. For optimal performance and safety, please read and follow the care instructions

 

Why is there a lot of wax still left on the sides of my jar?

    A slight “hang-up” is perfectly normal. However, excessive "tunneling" down the center of the candle usually occurs when the candle hasn’t been burned long enough. Allow your candle burn until the wax pool reaches the edge of your container. Aim for 3-4 hours of burning during each session.
